• Advertisements must be current and items identical.
• Competitor must have stock available in quantity requested.
• Competitors' must be located within Australia.
• Competitors' conditions may apply. Ie. Payment type, location, freight, etc.
• Excludes trade buyers, online offers and liquidation or clearance sales.
• We reserve the right to limit sales to retail quantities

Once your order is received BullsEye Racing Electronics will contact you ASAP to confirm your order details, payment and shipping.

All orders will be shipped the same day where possible. As standard, BullsEye Racing Electronics ship all items via Australia Post. For indicative pricing please visit the Australia Parcel Post Calculator, using a lodgment post code of 3183. All orders shipped will include insurance to the value of the goods.

Alternatively, BullsEye Racing can hand deliver your purchases at selected race meetings.

Payment can be made via the following methods:

• Credit Card - AMEX, Dinners Club, International credit cards and some platinum / gold cards incur an additional 2% fee.

Please refer to the warranty details as supplied by the manufacturer of each product. BullsEye Racing Electronics or any of its affiliates shall not be liable for injury, consequential, or other types of damages resulting from the misuse of the products.

Please contact BullsEye Racing Electronics before sending a product to be repaired by the manufacturer. If, under the terms and provisions of the warranty agreement, your product becomes unusable, BullsEye Racing Electronics will endeavor to swap it for a similar item so you can keep racing until the product is repaired.

• The product(s) must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including the shipping package.
• Returned products must be current production items. Earlier versions of a particular model product cannot be returned.
• There is a $110 restock fee for all returned parts. Shipping charges are not refunded.
• Before returning a product, you must call BullsEye Racing Electronics. You will be given an authorisation number, which you must write on the outside of the shipping box. A copy of the original sales invoice must be included in the box with the returned product.

Should you receive damaged goods, notify BullsEye Racing Electronics immediately. Keep the packaging and damaged goods for inspection by the carrier. BullsEye Racing Electronics will replace any pieces damaged in shipment.
